I suspect Casey wanted her child to sleep so she could spend time with boyfriends. Her mother gave her $300 a week for babysitters, but Casey used this to live, and she couldn’t afford a babysitter. Perhaps Casey overslept and Caylee died when the morning sun baked the car, Casey couldn’t tell anyone, even as an accident, it’s extreme neglect, so she put another piece of tape on her mouth with the heart shaped sticker. Caylee’s body was decomposing fast, and I think Casey stole money from grandma and others at this time so that she could leave town. The car was found at a check cashing place wasn’t it? Anyway, I think Casey was planning to leave town the night her mom called 911. It’s not that unusal for hookers to leave their kids in the trunk of the car, but they don’t spend the night with the guy. I believe this is where Caylee died. I’ve suspected some of the computer searches may have been contemplating her parents deaths, I think she wanted them dead.

But with all of the new evidence, showing that she looked at those deadly searches, I have changed my thoughts some. I have wondered if she Chloroformed her and then put the duct tape around her mouth, nose and it was also wrapped all the way around her head down to keep her jaw shut tight (because she did have duct tape here as well). So I was thinking that she might have put her to sleep with the Chloroform and then added the tape so that she would suffocate and just not wake up. But it's hard for me to believe so I don't know.

I for one am so tired of these TV shows yucking it up and getting giddy while covering this trial of a murdered child. They are making a sideshow out of it, especially that man named "Vinnie" on HLN right now. Then, at the end of the show, they "remind" us all of how serious this whole thing is and we should all "remember" that this is about a dead child. Pretty disgusting behavior.

I hadn't thought that she would be searching to find a way to kill her parents but she's certainly capable of doing it. I don't believe Caylee died by accident although your suspicions would show a reason why she would be too scared to report it. I'm surprised Baez didn't throw that out there. That's the only thing that sounds like a possibility.

Yeah, and I think the jurors will be thinking the way you do too. I wish I knew if she were always this way, or if she started changing after the birth of the baby and the loss of her fiancé, could she have been just so traumatized by all of that? The only thing that makes me think that couldn’t be true is she wouldn’t have thrown her family under the bus like she did.
