Honestly, I don't understand people who think what she did is ok...I don't care how much she loves her daughter...she was under oath...and if she lied should be charged with perjury. |

She also may be justifying it all in her heart if she truly feels it was an accident. I don't know.... |
Two of Cindy's employers are on the prosecutions witness list for their rebuttal case. I can't imagine they will testify tomorrow though... the defense hasn't even rested their case yet, have they? |
I haven't been able to watch any of it, and frankly don't know if I'd want to. The whole thing is just heartbreaking.... :( It's hard for me to imagine any mother doing that to her own child..... |

I would do just about anything to protect him from harm. What I will not do is make excuses if he breaks the law. Enabling is probably part of the reason that Casey is who she is..not saying it is all the parents' fault; but it sure does look to me like they have been part of her problem...not part of the solution. |
The very best way to learn from anything is to deal with the consequences ourselves. Lying and covering for things our loved onces do doesn't really help them - it just perpetuates bad behavior and the wrong doer is once again bolstered in the bad behavior and learns there will always be someone to get them out of it. Well, almost always. Sometimes the enabled person does something so horrific even the best "covering" isn't sufficient. But after a lifetime of being covered, will Casey Anthony learn from this and understand finally that loved ones cannot always get one out of one's messes and start to grow up? Probably not - she will probably just be angry with her mother for not being skilled enough to help her this time and her mother's apparent lying will all be for naught. |
I was watching HLN last night and they went to the site where Caylee was found vs. where that guy who was on the stand searched. It was like 40-50 feet or something like that. I didn't get to see the testimony, but did the prosecution address that the video shot was NOT the exact location that she was found? Also, didn't Lee contradict his mom's testimony about sending the investigators to the search area or did I hear that wrong? They did mention that people Cindy worked with would be testifying. I hope she didn't lie on the stand. You would think that could be easily proven. I don't know why she would risk it. |
This is DAY 31 OF THE TRIAL....... THE SAME NUMBER OF DAYS LITTLE CAYLEE WAS DEAD AND NOT REPORTED "MISSING" :rip: CMA  |
I just can't imagine anyone doing that to their little one. I would running crazy thru the streets screaming my head off if mine were missing. |
All I can say is that it is good that this little one is in a better place now. The poor little thing must have had a tumultuous life with the mother she had. Her grandparents were probably the most stable relationship she had in her short life. It's very sad really... |
Very sad. I really feel for Geirge. |

I get to watch a little bit in our break room at work. She's so irritating! All these people are being put through hell because of her!! Just tell us what happened to your daughter and you'd probably only be charged with negligence! GRR! |
I am so proud of George this am! Finally someone did the right thing (the hard thing) and told the truth about this horrible situation! I have seen dead children brought into a hospital w parent (s) lying about the abuse/neglect child was subjected to that caused death at the hand of a parent or boyfriend in the home. George renewed my faith in mankind! |
