To me, bending over a supine child and placing a strip of duct tape over the mouth and or nose area and securing it down to the flesh as the child sleeps or squirms, then doing it again and then doing that same action a third time - each time tearing the tape off the roll and deliberately placing it on the face of that child who is living and breathing at the time - constitutes the most deliberate form of child abuse and intent to do grievous bodily harm that there is in this world! Who had the custody and control of this child? Casey Anthony was the only person that did. Take that with all of the other inexplicable events of not reporting the missing child, finding her in trashbags thrown in a bog close to the home, and all that we know of the mother's strange lifestyle, the computer searches for chloroform and I think it was premeditated and then some. It is hard to face it, but some people will do anything in order to get what they want. |

death would be too good for her. but at least death puts her in hell and out of the taxpayers pockets paying her happily ever after life in prison |

It's not right to ever lie under oath. I am sure that Cindy knows if she looked up chloroform. She didn't. |
I'm a little late on this one? I didn't know that this was out yet: he prosecution in the Casey Anthony trial introduced records from Cindy Anthony's employer indicating she was not the one using the home computer to search for information on chloroform. Aileen Wuornos & a few others are exceptions. They really had such horrible childhoods from such an early age that certain areas of their brains didn't mature. I just read that Charlize Theron, who played Wuornos, saw her father killed in front of her. Never knew that. |

I am suspecting she will get around 15 years from all the things I've heard. I just don't think judges or juries give mothers who kill their own children much time unless it is something like Susan Smith. I for one am so tired of these TV shows yucking it up and getting giddy while covering this trial of a murdered child. They are making a sideshow out of it, especially that man named "Vinnie" on HLN right now. Then, at the end of the show, they "remind" us all of how serious this whole thing is and we should all "remember" that this is about a dead child. Pretty disgusting behavior. |

What about Cindy? Do you guys think that given what she said she'll get 15 years?? |

I don't think the State of Florida will indict or prosecute Cindy Anthony for perjury. I've heard so many attorneys say no one prosecutes family members for lying to protect a family member. They have so many crimes waiting for court cases that I think they don't have the resources to do this type of law. |

I agree, I think she was thinking about killing her parents for their money and house. One of her female friends reported to authorities Casey told her her parents were going through a divorce, and they were going to let her have the house and continue the payments. They even have either a recording or texts/IMs that also have her tellling someone this story. |
I thought you guys might want to read this: http://www.clickorlando.com/download...4/26984466.pdf After reading it and learning that she used paper towels to soak up the decompositional fluids in her trunk because it would have been bad with the heat in June, I am convinced the has SEVERE mental problems!!!!!!!! Sociopath? Psychopath? |
