I think no matter what she's going to be in jail for a long long time. She did cover up a death be it accident or murder. She deserves to do time for it. Why would an accident in the pool have caused a mom to duct tape a mouth and drag her into a wooded area. you would be grieving and at a loss call 911 and get help to try to save her, not hide her away in shame. she did something to that girl and they will get her for it. if not on earth then she'll get it rotting in hell. personally i wouldn't mind the dealth penalty to send her there faster.:mad::thumbdown

Not to the same degree, but how else can you explain siblings having such divergent personalities even if they are raised similarly? Anyway, I think Casey was planning to leave town the night her mom called 911. It’s not that unusal for hookers to leave their kids in the trunk of the car, but they don’t spend the night with the guy. I believe this is where Caylee died. I’ve suspected some of the computer searches may have been contemplating her parents deaths, I think she wanted them dead.

I have wondered if she Chloroformed her and then put the duct tape around her mouth, nose and it was also wrapped all the way around her head down to keep her jaw shut tight (because she did have duct tape here as well). So I was thinking that she might have put her to sleep with the Chloroform and then added the tape so that she would suffocate and just not wake up. But it's hard for me to believe so I don't know.

I for one am so tired of these TV shows yucking it up and getting giddy while covering this trial of a murdered child. They are making a sideshow out of it, especially that man named "Vinnie" on HLN right now. Then, at the end of the show, they "remind" us all of how serious this whole thing is and we should all "remember" that this is about a dead child. Pretty disgusting behavior.

I wish I knew if she were always this way, or if she started changing after the birth of the baby and the loss of her fiancé, could she have been just so traumatized by all of that?
