Husband? I was talking about Casey not Cindy. Casey's defense team asked Casey to wear a wire, and she refused. There may have been others asked, I"m just talking about what was talked about today. This was talked about during a side bar, the jury didn't hear it.

Geez, I thought that was strange too. It does seem very odd that a brother would react that way.

I wasn't talking about Cindy. The person asked to wear a wire etc was allegedly a member of the Texas Equus Search team. I didn't see any other mention of wires. The defense asked one of the witnesses if he knew a person (Linda something or other?) then the prosecution objected and they had a sidebar. When they came back and continued questioning the guy (a detective) it was about this woman who was with Texas Equus search. They aksed the detective about the wire he or a colleague had asked her to plant in a lampshade or something in the Anthony home. The detective said she wouldn't do it, they then asked her about wearing a wire and she said she would have to talk to her husband. Defense asked if she agreed to wear a wire and the detective said she didn't agree.

kinda starting to pay attention to this now. catching up on everything all of a sudden i want to care somehow. from reading you're comments i think it's possible that the whole family is whack and all in on it somehow. i don't know but i know it's foul foul play and NOT an accident.

Here’s the jailhouse interview where Casey first hears someone speculates it could be drowning and look how she and the family react. If it indeed had been drowning wouldn’t there be some kind of sign? I really think her family seem very normal. Anyway, I'm sure it wasn't a drowning.

I think the family seems normal as well....I just think that Casey has been SOOOOOOO spoiled and she also could have mental illness as well. Maybe she has been babied and overindulged because her parents have seen that she has issues so they babied her. I don't know :confused:

If Cindy Anthony's work records had showed she was home and she had told the same story in her deposition then I would believe her story about the google searches.
Also, her story doesn't even make sense. Her Yorkies were eating bamboo leaves and she thought maybe that was the reason that the small one was tired all the time so she googled "Chlorophyll"?? Wouldn't you type something like, "Bamboo leaves toxic to dogs". She then said that led her to search "Chloroform" because she knows that some species of algae and seaweed produce natural forms of Chloroform... huh? If you remember, the search for Chloroform was spelled ChlorAform. She knows about natural forms of chloroform being in algae and seaweed but doesn't even know how to spell it? Who would I see more like to misspell a word... the nurse or the high school dropout??? Hmmm. (Actually, in a diary entry, Casey spelled "Beginning" like "Begining".. so apparently, that something she wasn't great at).

Lee Anthony's emotion's seemed kinda fake but if it was real I could kinda understand. I think he's sad that he missed out on important parts of Caylee's life (like her birth) and he's upset because now she's gone and there won't be anymore moments.



The defenses story still has MANY holes in it that they have to explain. They have absolutely no proof of the molestation accusations (which they say explains Casey's odd behavior). I mean the girl went to Blockbuster the evening of the 16th.. "Welp, Caylee drowned in the pool... who wants to see a movie?" Please. They are trying to say that Roy Kronk had possession of the body for a couple of months... how the heck did he get it?

I could absolutely buy that her death was accidental if she didn't act so carefree after her daughter was dead. When a parent loses a child in a tragic accident, they have horrible grief about it. Going dancing at a club would be the farthest thing from their mind. People who are molested as children STILL have feelings. I could possibly see her being emotionLESS but she seemed happy and like she didn't have a care in the world.

I think Casey killed her daughter but her family believes it was an accident so they are trying to clean up her mess like they have always done by lying for her.

Edit: Oh, Casey underwent psychological evaluation and was determined to have no psychological issues. However, I do think she has some sort of personality disorder

So, the trial resumed this morning, and within 45 minutes the judge recessed until Monday morning. I missed the beginning, only turned it on as the judge was announcing the recess.
Watching the commentators it appears that the defense called a witness, the prosecution objected, they had a sidebar, then the judge called the recess.
Some commentators are speculating whether there is going to be a plea bargain at this stage.

With this trial, nothing would surprise me. I am just SO hoping that dad is not going to say that she drowned. That family has been working so hard this week to get this girl off. :(

Ok they hadn't even called the witness. They were supposed to call Kenneth Furton as the first witness. (He's a chemistry expert).

I feel so sorry for the jurors having to be sequestered all this time. Looks like they are not going to be home for the 4th July holiday.

I agree with many of your conclusions, and I’m very suspicious of the Cindy’s new bamboo story, and her following searches. Did you notice the neighbor who said Casey asked to borrow a shovel, said that Casey said it was for "Bamboo?" Apparently, there was special permission granted to allow her parents in for the whole trial, since they were also witnesses. Cindy has been taken copious notes, I wonder if she heard the neighbor say “bamboo” and now she is embellishing her story to make it all sound related?

Also, whoever did the internet searches also tried to erase them, why would Cindy do this? She didn't even know what type of browser she had or what a browser was.

Can't the prosecution bring up all these points when cross examining? Have they brought up these inconsistencies? Sorry, I never get around to watching it so...if it's too much of a pain to explain I understand.
