Also, love the time we spend in Texas from the pine woods of east Texas, to the King Ranch and spending time with numerous relatives in the DFW area. Although, I could live without the DFW traffic

My area of Oklahoma is beautiful, at the foot of the Ozarks, with numerous lakes for boating, and clear, cold, spring fed creeks. Nothing beats springtime in Oklahoma with the dogwoods, and redbuds blooming throughout the woods or the beautiful blazing colors of autumn mirrored onto lakes and streams. But the best part of Oklahoma is the people....they are dedicated, hard workers, friendly and some of the most generous people ever, that would give you the shirt off their backs if you needed it.

I agree,they are not the same Cowboys they once were,but,It's not just the Cowboys that have punk players that think they can do whatever they want,every team has a few of these players,that's what happens when you take a bunch of kids out of college,who had nothing,and turn them into multi-millionaires!I must admit though,last year when they just flat out stopped playing and laid down on Wade Phillips,I almost abandoned them as my team!I didn't like Wade Phillips,and I wanted him gone,but,you NEVER lay down!Your getting paid a lot of money to play,so play!Have some self respect!!I guess it's part of being a fan though,I have to stick with them through good and bad!Hopefully Jason Garret can restore a little order within the organization,I always liked him.Sorry for the long post!

I agree that it's happened in most teams. But, when youland at DFW during football season and the only conversation you hear is "how bout them Boys" and people are sporting real leather Cowboy Jackets and other Cowboy stuff.....I was even shocked when they were in the play offs, they closed down the malls early......there is such a thing as being fans....but, idolizing them has only given them enflated egos.....

Splaining to her and her experiencing it are two different things.

Although, she did attend a yorkie picnic....it was held to help fund a start up Small Dog Rescue. However, she had been invited to conduct a seminar on coat care for the show dog.....It was the first time I met Mrs. Grunewald, so that tells you how long ago it was. She was having her "Andy" shown at that time and Andy passed away a bit ago.

OK! So how about them Rangers? I love them.. And Nolan Ryan was my favorite....never missed a home game when he pitched for the Angels....nothing like watching him pitch a no hitter....
