I find it amusing that people hate him for lying...they all lie. That is the only way to win...at some point each of them tells a lie. He is just so good at it with his in your face attitude that people hate him. At this point, his game would have to change and so far he has not figured that out. Too bad...I really thought he knew that...I guess not. |

I loved Russell the first time he was on Survivor and really thought he should have won. This time around I am happy to see him gone. Everyone knows his game, so he had no chance. I do think it was a mistake to send him off this early, really weakened the team. However it was a better for the morale and sanity of the tribe. |
Who do you suggest I pick to keep safe in my survivor pool? I have already picked Angela and Ashley, so I can't pick them again. Remember, once I pick someone, I can't pick them again. |

I don't buy that social aspect, but hey, that is me. It is just like the PP, they are acting sweet as can be, but bottom line, push come to shove, they will turn on a dime to win. |

I totally agree!! He should have won the first time - but will never win now - or no matter how many times he plays. |
I've loved to hate Russell since his first season. I'll probably miss him, but I'm glad he's gone. What I hate about him is his attitude from the beginning has been "I'm great, and everybody else is a moron." Rob's attitude is just "I'm great, and a couple of the others are morons." :p I don't think Russell stands a chance on Redemption Island unless he somehow tricks people into throwing the competitions. Or finds immunity idols. |

If I were on the jury and had my choice between the two, I would opt for the one who stabs in the heart. |
I am so angry!:p I did my best to avoid this thread because I haven't watched the latest episode. Today I was driving home with the radio on and they casually revealed who was voted out last night. Grrrrr! |

Jeff Probst said what I was 'trying" to say: What is most fascinating to me is the justification of ethics. My most favorite topic. When someone is taking an action that “we” support then it’s awesome, it’s fantastic, it’s brilliant. But when it’s someone that “we” don’t like taking the same action, they’re a villain, a loser, untrustworthy. I’m just sayin… the Zapatera tribe is acting as dickish to Russell as Russell has acted to his tribemates in the past. Is one action more acceptable than another? that is from his blog: Survivor: Redemption Island – Episode 3 Blog 3/2/11 | Jeff Probst |
I believe the Zaptera tribe made a mistake throwing the challenge just to vote Russell out. They are going to implode. :p |
