Russell is slick. He comes up with things and reads people really well. I really think he will bury Ralph.......We shall see.

The way he handled Phil was a great move. And splitting up the couple before they became a force was a great move. But that tribe has lost two challenges in a row. The first one was lost because they didn't have enough strength to move heavy objects. The still need muscle - it is too early to get rid of the guys.

And Russell almost lost his cool last night. (poor poor Russell) This season his tribe is wise to him. He won't last. I thought Ralph was smart to call him out about the clue. It reinforces everyone's opinion about Russell.

I really enjoyed last night's espisode. I thought they should have gotten rid of Phil. He's a nut.

I didn't like the fact that just because Matt was a good team sport, he got voted out. I don't agree with that. My young children even disagreed with that decision.

I like Ralph, but I think he did make a bad decision last night to go after Russell. If you play with snakes, you will get bit.

We shall see, but I think Ralph blew it by challenging Russell. Let us not forget he is as sneaky as Russell...he has an immunity idol. Russell will have him pegged before long. Now...I could be dead wrong....but I think lots of people underestimate Russell. Everyone thinks because he is disliked that he cannot win....and they may be right....I just think not.

I agree with you about Ralph blowing it, even if he has the idol. I bet Russell figures it out, since he seems to be so great at reading nonverbal signs. Can't wait for next week. :)

I love Rob, but I think he might have made a mistake. I think he should have gone after the girl instead. You can argue that you are getting rid of a weaker player.
Of course it hinges on when someone will return, and if that kid comes back it could be bad.
I agree about Ralph, he should not have opened his mouth. Everyone knows Russell's game, so he didn't need to confront him. I actually would be surprised though if Russell makes it to the end like before. He's slick, but his game play is always the same, and it's obvious.

I think that you are right about Rob blowing it. You can get rid of a girl and you know how men are...they just keep right on moving. However, getting rid of a man who a girl happens to like .....ewww....well....that is a death sentence. We all know how women hold grudges! :p

I would have voted for Russell both times. He is a great player. Riding coattails doesn't bother me; it's just another strategy. My only complaint is when the jury chooses the "nicer" or more popular player over the strategist.

I cannot believe Ralph found the immunity idol. Anyone else think the producers do tinker a little with the game? Seems too convenient. :D

How did Phillip ever pass the psych eval to become a "federal agent"? I love how he says federal agent as if it is a specific job. There are many different kinds of federal agents. I bet whichever agency he worked for is thankful not to be identified.

Ralph is amusing in a way, but he has to GO. haha Yep...I think he crossed the wrong guy. I am SO sure they showed that clip because there is going to be something coming with those two and my guess is that Russell will own him.

And Phil....I think he merely did some investigative work, and my guess is he only did the computer look ups. He is not someone who the government or anyone for that matter would send out on a mission. I had listened to a tape of him last week and for the life of me I could not find it today but in it he talked about his business and also his job that I believe he said was with the CIS. At the time I looked them both up.

This one looks familiar...I do know it was about doing investigations....if he is into computers, he might have been employed to just sit at one all day and do look ups. He did say he was in the army, too.

I was going to ask how many people are like me and have cravings when watching Survivor, lol. When the contestants are starving, subsisting on rice, I want to eat. When the contestants are enjoying a delicious reward, I want to eat.

Oh we wait...until 8pm before eating on survivor night LOL...all other nights its 6pm dinner.

Survivor Pool
 

I belong to a Survivor Pool. Each week we have to pick someone who we think will be safe. If they get voted out that week, we are out of the pool. If you make it to the point that the only people left are people that you have already picked previously, but were safe, you get a whole clean slate and you get to pick from them again. This makes for a very tense Survivor night. Last week I picked Andrea, and thought she was a goner until Matt decided to make friends with the other tribe. It was close. This week I picked Ashley.

Of course he did go into this one with a huge target on his back. I personally think that they made a huge mistake throwing that challenge. They could have voted him out at any time; but we shall see.

Did not get to watch Survivor until late last night. Can't believe they threw off Russell. I think that could of been a mistake for the rest of them but I guess we will see.

I thought lat nights episode was good. I'm sad because I am torn between Russell and Ralph. Russell hasn't changed his game and they are on to him. That is what sent him to R.I. I'm not sure what kind of challenge (pardon the pun) Matt is going to be for Russell. Matt looked like he was going to lose to FRANCHESQUA LOL (sorry Phillip).
I'd like to see Russell's little dopey sidekick, you know the one with the big mouth (lol) get sent to redemption island. And have her duel with Russell. Would she let him win?

Well, I have to admit I really enjoyed seeing Russell's torch be snuffed :D BUT I don't think its over...I think they should have voted Russells little groupy off and than voted his other groupy off at the next tribal, dismantling his allience...and than when they merge vote Russell off. cause I think once the tribes merge, there will be no more redemption island and no chance to get back in the game....with that being said I think they made a mistake and didn't think ahead for the long run.

While Matt is strong & young, Russell is also strong with experience...I think Russell will win the challenges at redemption island...and when they merge...Russell will be back!:eek:

Yep, they are all inexperienced yet think they know it all. Stupid move imo. Russell was an advantage for them for a while......breaking up his alliance would definitely have been a better move. But...easy for us to say sitting in the comforts of our homes. ;):D

I read all of the bios of the people on the show and when asked about their favorite and least favorite Survivors the majority said they hated Russell. I honestly feel he had too large of a target on his back going in to this.

I am sure CBS is loving that Russell went to RI....that will be good for it! He is a scrapper. :)

I agree!! Russell has had a target on his back since Heros vs Villians, he has been the most hated player since his first game...I don't think he will ever win sole survivor, no matter how many times he goes to the finals.
