What I do:

530 - BF gets up and both pups wake me up by crawling up to me and getting under the covers once hes gone.
6am - BF wakes me up with a cup of coffee and takes the boys out, put on the weather channel or news
620am - I roll out of bed, get in the shower
between 620-650am - get ready, shower, hair, makeup, teeth brushing, getting dressed
650 - out to kitchen to make a lunch, give the boys food & water, pour 2nd cup of coffee in to go cup
7am - take the boys out one last time, start the car early to warm up
710 - out the door

What I want to do:
530 - get up, let the boys out then spend 20-30 mins on the elliptical or treadmill
6 - coffee
610 - shower
610-650 - more time to get ready, shower, hair, makeup, dress
650- put together a lunch, plan something for dinner, like put something in the crockpot or take out something to thaw for dinner, have an idea at least
7 - let the boys out 1 more time
710 - leave without needing a 2nd cup of coffee (cuz I usually have to pee before I make it to work anyways)hahaha

hahahaha

Well my morning routine varies depending on when I wake up, and my first client of the day;

1. Awake no alarm (can't stand the noise) 5am to 5:30 am
2. Stretch in bed
3. Must give hugs and kisses to our Blackies who are up and by my bedside at the first sign I am stirring
4. Get out of bed
5 Feed cat
6. Let Blackies out in back yard
7. Boil water - make coffee - brush teeth and wash face
8. Put coffee in heating carafe
9. Get Yorkie up
10. Bring Blackies in
11. Leash up one Blackie and one Yorkie (if his highness will go out when it is dark and verry cold these are short walks 15min
12. Walk two dogs.
13. Come home drink a cuppa
14. Leash up third dog
15. Walk dog
16. Feed all three
17. Meditate for 20 minutes
18. Let dogs out in back yard
19. Make lunch
20. Off to work

All just great ways to start the day. I try to get a row or two in to make for a great morning.

I usually wake at 6:30 a.m., coffee is already and waiting and I have breakfast, brush teeth, put on make-up and do hair, dress. By this time, Tibbe is awake and ready to go outside and when he is back in, we have a play session and start our day. Tibbe doesn't usually eat until around 10:00 a.m. Exercise comes later when I'm more flexible and then any office work I do at home. Squeeze in YT sometime in the a.m. usually, too. A regular routine and keeping to a schedule works best for me. My day does start a couple of hours later on the weekend.

My routine is well, less than stellar. :P
~Wake up, after hitting snooze as many times as I can.
~Go to the bathroom, start up hair straightener.
~Play with Rhia on my bed for a little bit.
~Primp, get dressed, etc.
~Prepare Rhia's kong and some treats to give her to keep her occupied.
~Rush to work, usually late. :P

If you have a Wii, maybe try out Wii fit! I have it and have found that just 20-30 minutes on it gives me some energy! The exercises can be cheesy, but they are pretty fun too. Also, definitely drink tea more than coffee. It's really good for you.

Humm... mine varies but it's looking like this is my morning:
- wake up 15 minutes before alarm (I really don't understand why this happens, but it does)
- roll out of bed 5 minutes before alarm
- feed pooch
- pick poo off tray, clean floor if needed (grid trained, we don't go outside)
- start tea, eat breakfast
- turn on radio and listen to the morons on the breakfast show
- drink tea, catch up on email and YT
- head to school/work/or whereever I need to be

I am NOT a morning person. I wake up in enough time to get ready and stumble out the door. I don't eat, drink, or do anything. Really the dogs are lucky they get fed and a clean wee wee pad put down, LOL!

I get up coffee is done drink a cup, play with Jack & Josie.
Take a shower, get out check on Jack and Josie
Put on make up, dry hair, check on Jack and Josie
Put on clothes.
Change water bowl, put food out, change potty pads.
Go to work.
All this takes about 1hour to 1-1/2. I try to spend time with them as I am getting dressed.
Jack normally knows it a work day and he immediantly goes off to his bed and lays there. It is so sad. I don't know what to do so he doesn't get in this sad mode on work days.
I leave radios on in 2-rooms for them so it want be too quite.

Does anyone else have the sad syndrom problem before they leave for work?

I miss having a set routine! Now that I am in college my mourning routine changes day to day. Monday and Wednesday I have class at 11 and I am up by 10:15 at the latest. I literally go to the bathroom, brush my teeth, put contacts in, get dressed and go. Tuesday and Thursday I don't have class until 5pm so I pretty much get up whenever. Friday I am up at 8:20 for my 9am class.
Back in high school I woke up at the same time every day. I miss that. At least last semester it was closer to be the same time every day.

My morning is the same everyday... I like things to be predictable and if I miss something (esp my coffee), my day gets out of whack.

6:00 - Alarm goes off and I wake up. I immediately let the dogs out and start prepping in the bathroom for a shower. I brush and floss and go to the bathroom.

6:05 - Let the dogs in and hop in the shower (usually with DH ).

6:15 - Get out of the shower, dry hair and get dressed.

6:30 - Feed the pups and make my coffee.

6:35 - Finish getting ready; make-up, hair spray, lint roll my clothing (cats!)

6:45 - Eat breakfast; usually cereal but sometimes toast. Pack a lunch and pour my coffee to go.

6:55 - Lead the pups upstairs to their room with a treat for the day.

7:00 - Head out the door to work!

I miss those days!! I remember Thursdays I didn't have class until 1:00, and usually no class on Friday. Ah, the life of a student

I am totally not a morning person. I try to do as much as possible at night (showering, picking out clothes, packing lunch) so I can sleep in for a few extra minutes.

6:30 AM - Levi sits on my neck and licks my face. Predictable little alarm clock. I try to convince him that we need to sleep in, but he is persistent when he needs to potty and wants to eat.
6:40 AM - Stumble out of bed, leash up the pup, take him out to potty. Stumble back inside, turn on coffeepot, feed the pup, back in bed for a few-minute snooze.
7:00 AM - Finally get out of bed. Listen to audiobook while doing the usual teeth brushing, makeup, hair, getting dressed.
7:30 AM - Pack bag and take pup to brother.
7:45 AM - Pour coffee in to-go cup, grab something portable to eat (like an apple), and out the door I go!

I do love listening to audiobooks while I get ready. Makes me feel a little more productive.

I'm very boring lol

7:30 AM - I get woken up to the sound of hubby walking in the door from work (3rd shift) because our Akita barks the moment she hears his truck come down the street
He lets the 2 dogs downstairs out to potty, Alice stirs in her crate by my bed and I tell her to "hush" - Mommy doesn't get up till at least 8:00 (a bonus to homeschooling my son)

If I'm not out of the bed by 8:30, my orange tabby cat decides it's high time for his breakfast so he proceeds to smack me in the face with his paw (I'm not kidding) till I get up

Turn on my Keurig and take Alice out to potty.
Sit down with a beautifull cup of coffee and check my email and FB.
Feed pets after cup #1 is pumping through my veins.
My son then gets up and I feed him breakfast
Browse YT with cup #2 and my breakfast
Shower and start homeschool, cleaning etc.
See, very boring

I quit setting my alarm.. I would set it for 5am but usually don't get up until 6:30 or so.. I love to hit the snooze button but Taycie was the one who would wake up at 5am.. not me.. so now I just wait for her to wake me up!

6:30- wake up to Taycie pawing at my face, try to hide my face.. she then stands on my back and growls. Finally I look at her at say..BOO! and she attacks me with kisses!

6:40- Morning Potty Break and Breakfast for Taycie.

6:45-Shower and get dressed.

7:20- Brush Taycie's hair, do ponytail, Wash her face, and brush her teeth

7:30- Pack Taycie's bag, and take her outside for her Second potty break. Grab my purse and head for work!
