| Fat Attack Ok, I want to find a tough love group for losing weight. If nothing else I want to start one. I CAN NOT deal with a sweetie pie , that's ok Better luck tomorrow group. These do not work for me. Nothing but shame on you and what's the matter with you , and NO it was not Ok to eat that tiny piece iof cake tough loving mean stuff will work for me. I'm sorry but I find the sweet encouragement thing is useless and it only makes me mad when a bunch of people tell someone that Yes the doritos were Ok because they Didn't eat the cake. I also can't stand excuse makers, like "Well it was a birthday so i was entitled to that piece of cake. It was a small piece" and then everyone agrees it was Ok cause the birthday I had a great group for 2 years with 5 ladies ...LOL.. but we all got skinny and drifted apart Now I'm going through a fat bored housewife stage and am needing assistance. And not to be MORE rude ..LOL. but please don't reply if you are whining about being 125 pounds instead of the 110 you used to be I need some serious tough luvin help . I hate being this person that isn't myself . I don't even know who I am looking at in the mirror anymore. LOL.. Actually that is what did it for me the last time I was a bored housewife. i saw a picture of myself in shorts and I cried and cried and then lost EVERY bit of weight and turned into a BOMBSHELL Well the Bomb has now exploded and I need to recover again.

| The struggle to lose weight is JUST as hard for those who wanna lose 10 pounds as those who wanna lose 100. I wish you all the best and it sounds like you can do it ~ as you've done it before.

| Oh yes I agree with the 10 lbs being hard to lose...it's just depressing for me to see a person who is already in the norm range upset about being in the norm. Of course this only applies when I am FAT!!! I am such a hypocrite...LOL.. I WHINE like mad when I do get thin that I am not a stick.

| I just started South Beach last week along with my mom and each morning we send a little e-mail saying what we ate the night before and what is on that day's menu. As long as it doesn't matter what type of diet (as I want to stay on this one for awhile), I would love to join. I need all of the support, encouragement, and tough-love that I can get!

| My group before was AWESOME. We all did our own thing concerning which diet we used. LOL We even made up new ones when we stallled to see what would happen. It was really awesome because luckily out of the 5 of us one waS TOTALLY INTO ALL THE EXERCISE ROUTINES SO SHE WOULD COACH US AND MAKE UP INDIVIDUAL PLANS FOR EXERCISE FOR US WHEN WE ASKED AND ANOTHER WAS TOTALLY INTO DECIPHERING ALL THE FOOD PACKAGE STUFF SO SHE WOULD DELVE IN AND GET THE REAL SCOOP ON WHAT WE WERE EATING. We All lost tons of weight and it was great. Sighhhhhhhh I just got bored this past year and food is my boredom fighter. I want to lose 50 lbs. Sorry I hit the CAP button and didn't notice. I was to lazy to go back and change it

| Sounds like you did have a great team put together! Well, I do know quite a bit about dieting and exercising, but am not a pro at either (obviously ). I would love to join your group, if you'll have me, and will try to be as tough as possible. I'm definitely going to stick to South Beach for now, but love trying new things to see what works. I had always been heavy my whole life and then almost 4 years ago I craked down and lost 50 pounds and was so pleased with myself. Then I slowly let is start building up again.....and here I am once again trying to get it back off! I swear, I guess I just never learn! The truth of it is I love food. Let me rephrase that, I love all of the food that makes you fat and have no willpower on top of it! I would love to lose 35 pounds as that will put me lower than I have ever been. Fair warning though....ya'll can yell all you want, but come Thanksgiving and Christmas, I am EATING!!!

I TOTALLY appreciate when someone can say " Yep I did it , it was BADDDDDDDDDD but it happened so lets keep going". Just don't tell me you were "allowed" because the holidays You can PM me so we can set up something to ENCOURAGE people to KEEP ON TRUCKING

| Weight Watchers??? Have you ever tried Weight Watchers? I went with my husband back in April for about 10 weeks and lost between 15 and 20 pounds (the scale still kinda moves up and down a few pounds).... anyway... I am one of those really didn't need to lose much weight people.... I still wear the same size (8)... only now when I put my jeans on right out of the dryer... they actually fit!!!! I never had to diet (yeah, I know... boo, hoo!).... but I did find that I learned how to substitute stuff... like spray on Parkay.... instead of a wad of butter...really made a difference... also... the low calorie bread.... Going to the weekly meetings at Weight Watchers at least made me watch what I was eating at weigh-in time!!! I never felt like I was starving.... I was eating all the time. My downfall is chocolate!!! Good luck....

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | You go girl !! I AM one of those who whines over the 15 PLUS lbs I've gained - and I can tell you ...after we women hit 45 it is HARDER TO LOSE.... I don't know how old you are but your metabolism is FAR BETTER when you are younger than it is when you get older...If I was to diet right now at 46 it would take 3 times longer to get it off - I tried to lose 15 pounds a few months ago and failed miserably. My Incentive to you is - LOSE it now if you want to - you CAN do it ...and don't wait till it gets even harder to diet - If you have the will-power and want to do this - YOU CAN !! Good luck and I'll be cheering you on |
