I just started South Beach last week along with my mom and each morning we send a little e-mail saying what we ate the night before and what is on that day's menu.
As long as it doesn't matter what type of diet (as I want to stay on this one for awhile), I would love to join. I need all of the support, encouragement, and tough-love that I can get!
