My group before was AWESOME. We all did our own thing concerning which diet we used. LOL We even made up new ones when we stallled to see what would happen. It was really awesome because luckily out of the 5 of us one waS TOTALLY INTO ALL THE EXERCISE ROUTINES SO SHE WOULD COACH US AND MAKE UP INDIVIDUAL PLANS FOR EXERCISE FOR US WHEN WE ASKED AND ANOTHER WAS TOTALLY INTO DECIPHERING ALL THE FOOD PACKAGE STUFF SO SHE WOULD DELVE IN AND GET THE REAL SCOOP ON WHAT WE WERE EATING.
We All lost tons of weight and it was great. Sighhhhhhhh I just got bored this past year and food is my boredom fighter. I want to lose 50 lbs.
