I am diabetic and have had a hysterectomy so I have several issues that cause problems. Hubby and I have been married 27 years, and sex has never been an important part of my life though for him it is different. One of the issues is also they way we were raised. Sex was a taboo issue in my family and in his, anything went. We compromise. We try to never go so long without sex. Now he has issue too due to meds. (tmi I know) but we have good times. He cares if I am happy and because he knows how I feel will sacrifice his "completion" saying he is happy if I am happy. I love him so much but I am just no into sex, and he seems to finally understand it. |

Why would the IUD scare you? I have the one for ten years with NO hormones. I'm going on my fourth year and have no complications what so ever. Best thing that ever happen to me, if it wasn't for the IUD my tubes would have been tied by now. As far as sex goes, you need to wake up one morning and say I'm gonna do it. Take a nice hot shower eat something light, and make yourself feel pretty for the day. And tell him get to it, do it right or you won't get any. Last chance for the day. He has to work for it if he wants a happy ending. You just sit back, relax and enjoy the show :D If you don't get any atleast you'll get a laugh at him trying. |

Are you saying that due to personal experience? :p Oh...and another one: Or him asking, "Did you c** yet?" |
You are asking the opinion of a former Marine....the answer is yes. After a month in the bush, a Water Buffalo looks slightly appealing. And no, I never......... |

Yes, my periods do come every month. You might get an extra day of ovaries dropping but thats it. No cramps or headaches, remember it does not contain any hormones. You can go to the doctor and take it out whenever you please. Every other contraceptive method because of the hormones made me feel like if I was pregnant (which is the point). I will get cramps, nausea headaches, ect. With this type of IUD no symptoms, cheaper than paying for pills every month or three when you add it up. I don't have to worry about getting pregnant in ten years :D I have three kids, 1st one just used the old rubber, 2nd i was on the pill and 3rd I was on that shot. I'm very fertile so I know the IUD works. You will probably cramp for the 1st couple of weeks but that's just your body saying there's an object in there. But it's not bad. Highly recommend it. |
