I too am retired. I~m Mimi to two grown granddaughters, and a black poodle named Tucker and a 91/2 month old Yorkie named Izzy.

I do alot of little side jobs currently. It's all I can find right now! I'm almost 20 years old and taking a semester off from community college ($$$ was a big issue!) but planning on going back in the Fall. I have dogsitting jobs right now (which I love doing!) I have 1 dog I visit 4 days a week, 2 dogs every weekend, and then have a few other clients who are just sparatic. I also do web design on the side (building websites). I help out with my mom's hair salon (doing paperwork, flyers, computer stuff, their website, etc) as well as running my brothers foundation (CONNOR CARES FOUNDATION; In Honor of Connor; Drowning Awareness).

Well I'm self employed. Have a small clinic and yoga studio. So I teach yoga, am a registered massage therapist. And most importantly mom to my four furbabies.

I am in my 7th year as a teacher. I currently teach 5th grade and LOVE this age. I taught second grade one year and was just exhausted at the end of the day. 5th graders are just independant enough I don't tie shoes, help with buttons or ziplock baggies, but they are also still sweet enough to think I am the greatest.

I am a Realtor for Re/max. I love my job! I can schedule around my family and I can take Bella to the office or on showings. Its the best. I have been selling homes for 10 years.

I am a certified Orthopaedic RN...currently looking for a good master's program. I would love to be retired so i could stay home with my two furbutts..but looks like i have about 25 yrs more of work
I do enjoy my job but am looking to change roles!

I do inventory accounting/tax reporting for a local oil distributor. I started here shortly after college, worked for seven years, quit and worked part time jobs for seven years while my kids were little, and have now been back to my original job for eight years. Although this is not what I went to school for, I can't complain. I don't mind the work, and the people have treated me very well.

I am fortunate to have "retired" from the personal insurance industry before my first child was born 10 years ago. I'm never going back!!!! I love being home. I just have to wonder how a woman who has a full time job, a husband, home, and children do it all??? I bow to them!

I'm 26 married for 5 years, have 2 step children and 1 furbaby. I've been in the military for 9 years, DH for 11yrs, I love my job but it does get to be a bit much at times. I guess when i decided to have a couple of my own I'll take a break from work... my step daughter would love me to be a stay at home mom but don't think I'm ready for that quite yet.

I'm a Purchasing Agent & Estimator for a real estate developer/builder. (Now, doesn't that sound incredibly exciting?) I'm also an aspiring, part time, unpaid author, which will hopefully change one day to a part time PAID author.

I work as a graphic & web designer for 4 days out of the week, I also help run a fine art reproduction company which I own with my boyfriend and freelance on the side, doing design work. I work too much, but enjoy my job(s) for the most part.

I was a Registered CNA for 12 years (still am but don't work). Was injured 3 times on the job so worked for my boss in the office for awhile until we got our first foster child. I was 27 I think..lol.. and then I had to quit because the child placed with us was special needs and needed me home.

So I cared for him and several other foster children for several years and then quit..long story there.

We adopted Greg and I stayed home caring for him. I love not working outside the home. Also care for my husband of 26 years, and my now 21 year old son who still cannot be on his own. And of course all of my awesome dogs

I wanted to go back to work when he got older but couldn't. I ended up with severe osteoarthritis in my back, shoulders and hips. And am on disability (really getting rich there) since the age of 32 or 34. I am 48 and did want to eventually get back to work. Now it is impossible..

Hubby works for a fence company building fences, he is the lead foreman. He has done this since he was 16, and also was in the nat guard.

I am a full time pet sitter. I started this business after being in retail management for 10 years. Now, I walk dogs for a living and I love it!!
My hubby just got out of new home construction and is using his business degree working as a finance man at a Ford dealership. We do not have kids. I also just started a shopping site for my customers and friends of YT to get great products for their furbabies. I am blessed.
