I was a Registered CNA for 12 years (still am but don't work). Was injured 3 times on the job so worked for my boss in the office for awhile until we got our first foster child. I was 27 I think..lol.. and then I had to quit because the child placed with us was special needs and needed me home.

So I cared for him and several other foster children for several years and then quit..long story there.

We adopted Greg and I stayed home caring for him. I love not working outside the home. Also care for my husband of 26 years, and my now 21 year old son who still cannot be on his own. And of course all of my awesome dogs

I wanted to go back to work when he got older but couldn't. I ended up with severe osteoarthritis in my back, shoulders and hips. And am on disability (really getting rich there) since the age of 32 or 34. I am 48 and did want to eventually get back to work. Now it is impossible..

Hubby works for a fence company building fences, he is the lead foreman. He has done this since he was 16, and also was in the nat guard.
