She probably has a paid by the state (out of your taxes) home health aide. Please tell your neighbor to call her "maid's supervisor" and replace her. Hon, you are to sweet and good and she is taking your kindness for weakness ! Please be strong.

I have a neighbor with MS that I help out - She never asks but I know she has a hard time when she has to use her chair....In your case - if this woman really has a hard time doing such things as the trash etc - then I'd still help her - if it's something she CAN do on her own but knows she can call you...then I'd think she was taking advantage of you. I guess it depends on what her capabilities are.
