Well Chanel (btw, I had a bird called Chanel cause she was such a noble creature :D) has stunning coat texture. I know it's not standard, but personally the thick soft hair that falls the way Chanel's does is my favourite. A member on here BonBon must either have an excellent groomer or just perfect coat! Love the way it curls gently at the ends.

Excuse my if me sentences aren't totally coherent, or my spelling or grammar mistakes, English is not my first language. :)

No, it's not your fault. I get confused with my words because I haven't been speaking in English very long. You are not at fault. :)

It was not a compliment, it is the truth. Daisy fits breed standard very well! Is her coat hard to maintain?

Her coat is not hard for me to maintain. When I comb Daisy, I have to make sure I comb the top and undercoat to avoid mats. When Shih Tzus have a long coat, the maintenance to take care of the coat is high.

He should be in Pantene adds. Except his hair isn't photoshopped ;)

You must be so proud of him and youself for taking such good care of his coat :)

OMG what an amazing beautiful coat George has.
I can see why you feel he got yours! However, George can show
his off but Jane, you probably would have just stuck it up in a bun
and hid it anyway.;)

Oh wow! He does have a gorgeous body of hair.

I adopted him a little over four years ago...had no idea he would end up looking like that. He had short hair and terrible allergies.

He is about 12 years old and I have been toying with getting his hair cut. It really is a lot of work. Does not mat and he does not mind being brushed, but it is still a job.

Oh NO, after living with the finest hair on earth all of these years that is limper than a dishrag, I would be showing that stuff off! :D

Thanks! A friend of mine said he looks like a bed doll in that pic. I think he reminds me of one of those beauty queens that sit on the back of a convertible with their skirts out all around them. Uh...am I showing my age...do they still do that? :eek:
