| ![]() I'm 51 and married to my second husband - VERY happily. I work as a Psychotherapist, speciallising in hypnotherapy (for things like weight management, stress, bereavement, pain management, etc - the list is endless!) I have 1 cat (Fritz, who is 17 years old), 1 Yorkie (Lucy, 16 months) and a Golden Doodle (Retriever / standard poodle X - Honey, 5 months). The menagerie all get on really well together, and play constantly. My DH is currently redundant, so finances are a bit tight at the moment - but equally, my own case load has picked up in recent weeks, so I'm really busy most of the time. I LOVE to cook, and although I do straightforward wholesome meals through the week, we meet with friends most weekends for dinner at each others houses. That's when I (and they) become Masterchef - very experimental, often elaborate, and very. very good (if I say so myself). DH and I socialise briefly with friends most evenings, meeting up for a pre-dinner glass of wine. I always have to remind myself not to mix up alcohol units with calories allowed per day - 1500 units would be a tad excessive, don't you think? We watch very little TV (life's too short). but I sew, draw, do complex jigsaws, cryptic crosswords - anything to keep the grey cells ticking over. Pleased to meet you all!
