| How do you keep your feet soft? It seems as though my feet get very dry and "hard" a few days after a pedicure. I have tried several creams, oils and lotions, but all have very short term effect.

| I literally just got some Arbonne products that she swears will help. It is an skin care company that is international. The products are not cheap-I know there sunscreen is really great stuff. This woman has been my customer for several years and she just did another event with me so I wanted to give something back and purchased this product. My heals tend to dry out and she said that it would be good for that. They smell great-tangerine. You can go on their site and check them out.

| I've tried everything! This is what works for me. I take my favorite lotion and a bottle of vitamin E. I mix them half and half and use EVERYWHERE. My feet are in great shape now.

| Due to hypothyroidism I had some really dry, cracked heals. I found several things that would work well. Once my thyroid meds are balanced, not so much problem anymore. But here are some of the things I used: Zim's crack cream works great -- even better in the lotion version but the cream is easier to deal with. I put it on thick, add socks overnight, and by morning, soft heals! You will think this is crazy but I have also used Beaudreaux's Butt Paste on my heals. It is actually sold for diaper rash but I wondered if it would work and it did! I don't have this on hand anymore so have not used it in a long time. But in a pinch.... Bag Balm works extremely well for any cracked, dry skin. Walmart has this sometimes, comes in a little tin. Bath and Body's Body Butter -- comes in all their scents. I would slather it on thick, add socks overnight and usually had smooth heals by morning. I think any of the creams that are heavy with oil will work to soften the heals if used in abundance and held on with socks overnight. Came back to add -- be careful with the pedicures. I think some of them will use that shave thing too much and leave your skin half raw. I noticed when I changed to another place for nail care, they do not use the skin shaver on my heels and no more peeling layers!

| I use the Microplane on my feet along with the cream called Dreamsicle. It's smells and looks exactally like a creamsicle. I only get a pedicure at the beginning of the summer and then do my own feet which can become dry as well. The product Dreamsicle, I think, is amazing and keeps the heels and feet dry free. As for foot care, my mom has done this for years and year and she has exema really bad on her hands and feet. After a bath and a foot cream, she covers her feet in vaseline and wears plain white cotton socks on over it to bed. She does this like every 3 - 4 days all winter. It works well for her.
