Arbonne worked good on my face! I like their stuff.
As for foot care, my mom has done this for years and year and she has exema really bad on her hands and feet. After a bath and a foot cream, she covers her feet in vaseline and wears plain white cotton socks on over it to bed. She does this like every 3 - 4 days all winter. It works well for her.
