Pain meds should take care of it. You won't be able to lift your arms very high afterwards (docs instructions).

I see some augumentations, even on big name stars, I can tell (no cleavage) they look artifical because they're done on top of the muscle. So, I highly recommend under the muscle, I do have a natural cleavage and when I lay on my back the flatten like natural breast, don't spread to the sides (dead give away). Again, I went to a reconstructive surgeon not a plastic surgeon. Only made me as large as my frame could take (that is if you're gonna do it and you want to go up in cup a bit). I'm small framed and weigh 125 and a size 34 D. It didn't make me look top heavy at all.

By the way, my husband says only my surgeon knows for sure. He can't tell the differance.

Mine are silicone, not smooth, kind of rough. According to the doc, it's so they would adhere to the muscle better. No problems, had them done when I was 40, I'm now 63. I'm an avid skier and have performed many a face plants in the snow. Chest first. There is one that has both. Implants have come along way.

Mine are saline- they weren't allowing silicone for first timers when I had mine done. Silicone looks much more natural.

I would save more money and have the lift done at the same time. My cousin and a friend had theirs done about the same time...the one who had the lift still looks awesome....like perfect. The other still looks good, but there is a big difference you can see between the two.

You guys should have waited until menopause, it would have all been FREE. I really love the 70 when flat was in.....

Yeah, it was around 9 or 10 years ago. My mom has silicone and you would never know they weren't real. Mine on the other hand leave no doubt.

I did wait until menapause....I'd had a hysterectomy....and it wasn't for free. I lived through the sixties and seventies....flat has never been in.

no way am i waiting til then,im thinking next summer during the weeks after classes are out and my job starts every summer...i was just curious how it was free...lol im nineteen so i hope i dont see menopause anytime soon!

I figured you were very young.....best time to have it done....gravity hasn't hit your body.

Wow I was offline for a few hours, and you have gotten lots of good advice! You know what, you are young, and trust me your body will still change. You sound like me when I was your age. In HS I was under 100, then thoughout college I was about 105, then after I hit 25, I gained some more, and my shape really did change. It's just metabolism and aging, and mine started to even out more. (also if you are on birth control, they can get bigger, mine did) I thought about doing it before, but now I'm glad I didn't. I have also changed my view, and now wish I were smaller!

you sound like you have already made up your mind, but I would say maybe wait a *few* more years until your body has really settled, and you know what? Every year that goes by is another advancement in surgery technology! Just do your research. Esp it seems as if your family is behind you, so that's great too! Good luck!
