Wow I was offline for a few hours, and you have gotten lots of good advice!

You know what, you are young, and trust me your body will still change. You sound like me when I was your age. In HS I was under 100, then thoughout college I was about 105, then after I hit 25, I gained some more, and my shape really did change. It's just metabolism and aging, and mine started to even out more. (also if you are on birth control, they can get bigger, mine did) I thought about doing it before, but now I'm glad I didn't. I have also changed my view, and now wish I were smaller!
you sound like you have already made up your mind, but I would say maybe wait a *few* more years until your body has really settled, and you know what? Every year that goes by is another advancement in surgery technology! Just do your research. Esp it seems as if your family is behind you, so that's great too! Good luck!
