| I was on a cruise when I was 10 weeks along. Boy was I sick. The ships doc gave me green olives ( take out pimento) every night at dinner. I also had them sent to my room for later and in the AM. Worked great for me. I think it was the salt thing. Good luck with the baby. 7 wow. I am # 8 of 8. Love those big families.

| I always kept a bottle of Emetrol everywhere I went, if you have diabetes though you have to be careful because it is high in sugar...or have your dr. prescribe you some phenegran or zofran...I would choose zofran works good but doesn't make you sleepy like phehegran.

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | I ate lorna doone cookies every morning before getting out of bed and they told me to take vitamin B6 folic acid but that was 24 years ago so I'm not sure they still recomend that

| Also, check your vitamins because they can contribute to the problem. I take a Women 50+ (I'm not 50, but for some reason they don't have iron) and extra folic acid and B6. Regular vitamins make me sick. Sorry you are feeling bad |
