I was on a cruise when I was 10 weeks along. Boy was I sick. The ships doc gave me green olives ( take out pimento) every night at dinner. I also had them sent to my room for later and in the AM. Worked great for me. I think it was the salt thing. Good luck with the baby. 7 wow. I am # 8 of 8. Love those big families.
