| Diet's ! Ok, I feel like a rolly polly beached whale!!! I have tried every diet on the market todate. I really need to lose weight. I have gained like 35 lbs over the winter. I use to walk 3 miles everyday, no matter what. I just started doing it again. I also did some research on Acai Berry. The newest craze. So I started taking it today. I also got smart and bought some Flinstone's. Now I was thinking, all of you out there that have lost weight or are trying to, what are you eating. I could be a veggie person, or protein, or whatever. Or if any of you have that magic weightloss shot could you tell me where you got it from. I know it's just hard work and determination! Let's get some ideas going and maybe all of us can help each other !!! |

| Have you tried weight watchers? I am on that now and I love it because it gives me the freedom to eat pretty much anything I want as long as I watch the protions and things. Its the only diet I have found that really works for me.

| Most people hate my diet advice.... don't eat sugar , junk food ,or sodas I don't like to diet or starve...I eat lots of food it's just good healthy food and I workout atleast four times a week. Once your body is detoxed from junk you really don't want it again. I'm not saying I don't eat some junk here and there , but it's not a big part of my diet anymore. I lost over 25 lbs in under two months just by dropping sugar , sodas, and junk type foods along with walking on my elliptical machine. I didn't slow down my eating at all I just changed what I ate. You will be amazed at how much weight salt and sugar can keep on you. Well that's what worked for me anyway

| Yup. Me too. I do WW online. I lost 32 lbs within 6 mos last year and kept it off. I'm back on WW now to lose my final 20-25 lbs. I tried everything else, and didn't think WW would work...but it does. It's not a diet, they don't tell you "eat this, or eat that," .. you just do their points. Easy easy. You learn if you eat a big ol' bacon burger or something then thats all you get that day. Or, you can be smart and eat things low in points but bulky (like baked potatoes, .. a big life saver on WW!). |

| I'd also reccomend weight watchers. We do online here since there aren't any meetings, but my sister has done it in the states with the meetings and its worked for her until she gets pregnant. |
