Diet's ! Ok, I feel like a rolly polly beached whale!!! I have tried every diet on the market todate. I really need to lose weight. I have gained like 35 lbs over the winter. I use to walk 3 miles everyday, no matter what. I just started doing it again. I also did some research on Acai Berry. The newest craze. So I started taking it today. I also got smart and bought some Flinstone's. Now I was thinking, all of you out there that have lost weight or are trying to, what are you eating. I could be a veggie person, or protein, or whatever. Or if any of you have that magic weightloss shot could you tell me where you got it from. I know it's just hard work and determination! Let's get some ideas going and maybe all of us can help each other !!! |
