Most people hate my diet advice.... don't eat sugar , junk food ,or sodas
I don't like to diet or starve...I eat lots of food it's just good healthy food and I workout atleast four times a week. Once your body is detoxed from junk you really don't want it again. I'm not saying I don't eat some junk here and there , but it's not a big part of my diet anymore.
I lost over 25 lbs in under two months just by dropping sugar , sodas, and junk type foods along with walking on my elliptical machine. I didn't slow down my eating at all I just changed what I ate. You will be amazed at how much weight salt and sugar can keep on you.
Well that's what worked for me anyway
