| How exciting! Congratulations, and welcome to Mommyhood! I am due with my first baby (a boy!) in 5 weeks. I remember taking a test early on and getting a faint line and thinking it was a faulty test. When in doubt, get a digital one that says "Pregnant" or "Not Pregnant" and you'll know for sure I think the one I bought was a Clearblue Easy. And, I disagree with the person who said First Response Early Result weren't as good as the dollar store ones-I did get a line on the FRER's right away (which is why I bought a digital), and what looked like "evaporation lines" on the cheap-o's until I was further along. Also, any test with blue dye (rather than pink) have a higher instance of false positives. To anyone else who is reading this and testing, stick with the pink ones ones or the digitals.

| I just wanted to thank everyone for their nice and encouraging words. Unfortunately on Tuesday I had miscarried. I went to the doctors and they confirmed that I was 4 week along and had lost it. I thank everyone for being very supportive in this tough time in my life.

| Im very sorry to hear that. This happens more often than most people think. I myself had a miscarriage in May. I was 17 weeks. I realize mother nature isn't perfect and this is her way of letting us know that. It will come soon enough, and it will be perfect. So just hang in there, and don't give up.
