How exciting! Congratulations, and welcome to Mommyhood! I am due with my first baby (a boy!) in 5 weeks. I remember taking a test early on and getting a faint line and thinking it was a faulty test. When in doubt, get a digital one that says "Pregnant" or "Not Pregnant" and you'll know for sure I think the one I bought was a Clearblue Easy. And, I disagree with the person who said First Response Early Result weren't as good as the dollar store ones-I did get a line on the FRER's right away (which is why I bought a digital), and what looked like "evaporation lines" on the cheap-o's until I was further along.

Also, any test with blue dye (rather than pink) have a higher instance of false positives. To anyone else who is reading this and testing, stick with the pink ones ones or the digitals.
