Just saw this thread today ...Random thoughts..

I wonder why at 2:20 a.m. I am still wide awake ....maybe I'm turning nocturnal ?? I know I should be sleeping but *sigh* I'm watching Poker on T.V. , which I have no idea how to play.

I'm also wondering why that man in the commercial for shamWOW annoys the heck out of me. That silly little man saying ,"This is a limited time offer , I can't do this all day" when he knows they are going to....he creeps me out.....my guess is it's because it 2:30 a.m and I'm sleep deprived :D

enough randomness for me tonight.

I just noticed my post are not the right time ? It says 11:30 p.m.when it's 2:30a.m....Another random though....how the heck do I fix that...do I really care ? Not really...just very bored I guess and these boring poker players are not helping:rolleyes: Maybe I will look for old episodes of "MacGyver":D

Yeah, that shamwow guy is really creepy.

I think you can set your time zone in the settings somewhere.

I'm wide awake too, but its only 140am here.

Oh dear ... I guess I am weird. I am strangely attracted to the ShamWow guy. I've actually gone back into the living room just to watch him. :confused:

I've never felt this way about any other Info/Sales-mercial person. :eek:

Went to the doctor yesterday, I have an inner ear infection. Yuck! Every time I tilt my head or bend over, the room spins. I hope it goes away soon.

Time to drive the kids to school, then Im coming back home to sleep. :rolleyes: I have an excuse to be lazy today. :p

Today is a snow day here! (Well, an ice day.) So I am going to sit here in my pajamas. :p Im a sub, so both me and the kids are home.

Today just happened to be my day off so I'm also sitting here in my pjs looking at our ice/snow. I really need to wrap some presents... hmmm to get up or not to get up...

Dh and I are both in the house with bad colds and terrible coughs and it's driving me nuts. :( He's always outside or in his shop out back so Bailey and I have most of the day doing just what we want to. :)

Why the heck does the maintenance crew where I live start at
9:00 am when people leave for work at 8:00am. There was so much
ice on the walks you could barely walk. What the heck is a maintenance
fee for if they don't clean up in the am?

I just found out school is cancelled again tomorrow here! I live in a semi-rural area and they havent de-iced the rural roads for the buses yet.

My random thought: I bought Little Big Planet today for the ps3. I cant wait to play it. :) It looks like a lot of fun.

I still have family in Illinois, it looks like you guys could get slammed today. I hope none of you lose power and everyone stays safe inside. We are supposed to get snow again today but at least it's above zero!

At least they close the schools there, it's amazing what kind of temps and road conditions they will send our kids to school in. The only time they get a snow day is if we as parents keep them home. There will be several other schools closed but not our district.

Our city's salt trucks came by at 2am. Woke the whole house because the dogs were barking like crazy.

Yukky! It's been rainy and cloudy since Sunday and today is no different. It's 60 degrees and light fog now. :(

Random thought for the day.... I've been sick the past couple days. Finnigan seems to know I'm not feeling good and is consoling me I think. He always lays near me and sleeps at the bend in my knees at night, but these past couple days he's been wanting me to cuddle him like he's a teddy bear. I almost felt like a kid today when I woke up cuddling him instead of my boyfriend. He's laying across my side/arm right now... its funny watching his head bob as I type b/c he's resting his head on my wrist.

Ok, my random thought today is the weather....

I mean in IL we're used to crazy changes of weather... 50 degrees when you wake up, 30 degrees with snow when you leave work...

Last night it went from 35 to now 7 with a wind chill of -15... bleck...

All I want is some snow, but instead we get ice, rain and this crazy cold! And now they say its going to be 40 or 50 on Christmas! AHHHHH No wonder everyone is sick with the crazy temperature changes! :(

We've had it all rain, ice, snow, wind...you name it we've had it all this winter! But we have enough snow on the ground to have a white Christmas...by the sounds of it, it's not going any where real soon. Pretty to look at from in doors...but not so good for the holiday travelers...drive with care every one...be safe!

Quick question.... what does the -don refer to? Just wondered, I couldn't think of a celebration it went with....

I just looked up Rhamadon in Google. Are you fasting?

I'm doing nothing. Just relaxing from digging myself out of disastrous snow... and having a glass (or 2, or was it 3?) of wine.

Wine sounds good, but Im still sick. Went to the ER today. I guess I have some nasty infection in my sinuses and lungs and I have to take an antibiotic that is normally used for malaria. ugh...I hate the ER but my doc doesn't open back up until Tuesday.

My Random thought...

Its crazy weather as usual here today... 65 for a high and tornado watches at the end of December... Now its crazy windy (my house is shaking and I'm pretty sure half my Christmas decorations are no longer working because they've been torn apart), but I think our thunderstorms finally passed. :D Finnigan keeps barking when the wind gusts hit the house. It sounds like a steady roar through the woods outside our house.
