Okay, so I'm new on here, and would really like an off-topic thread of my own. I have found many on here that are nice, but I feel like an outsider just jumping into the middle of a conversation! lol. So, I am posting this, and hoping to hear about something EXTREMELY random from everyone who wants to post! Lots of love! :wavey:

It's analyzing how the museum displays certain collections of art and how it does or doesn't relate to its original purpose. Exciting, huh? :)

Must be nice to be on Thanksgiving break all ready! :rolleyes: All we get off is Wednesday through Friday.

I am going to enjoy my Sunday. It's the first time in a long time that I haven't had to work so I plan on relaxing and maybe doing a little house cleaning.

I have a question... I'm a grammar freak most days... and I just realized that I was typing too fast and spelled 'outsider' wrong... anyone wanna tell me how or if you can change it? lol XD

Unfortunately you only get 5 minutes to edit your posts:rolleyes: It really bugs me when I do it too:rolleyes:If you notice within those 5 mins you'll see an option to edit at the bottom of your post. Click on it and it will give you the chance to edit your text. Within the edit box there is an "advanced" button, click this so you can change your title or add pics/smileys!

Well... that's really just annoying. I don't think I misspelled anything in a post though, it was in the thread's name, but I'm just gonna go out on a limb here and say that it has the same policies as the post. Five minutes and then it's permanent.

Lol! When you said you joined YT, I didn't think you'd had time to start your own thread. You shouldn't feel like you can't just jump in. Everyone is really great to newcomers!

P.S. She's annoyed at a lot. I blame it on her being 15.

Yeah... I'm speedy like that, and I know. But I also know that you know that Nana has ingrained that sense of respect, and you don't interrupt someone's conversation. It's not nice. I've posted on a couple of other things like your thread and on another one that needed advice for a breeder and owner problem. So, I'm not completely reclusive. lol.

random thoughts ... let see... tomorrow i'm going volunteer to pack up thanksgiving food bags for the needy... i've not voluntarily volunteered anywhere before unless you count the job I had for the last 7 years working for $8 to $10 an hour (when i know i could've made more elsewhere) LOL.... it was a labor of love.

Lets see... today we're going buy a 9/16 drillbit so we can install a peephole in our back door.

isn't it funny when you say the word "peephole" that it sounds like you're saying "pee-pole"? LOL! :D

Well, so far, I really haven't done anything on my free Sunday. I didn't get out of bed until almost noon!:eek: Since then, I've washed some dishes, and played with the dogs outside. Oh, and I just bought some cute little toys and a pair of doggles from Jenn.:D

As for something random: I just came back from the hospital where I took my son Alex and I just want to see I hate the drive there and back...It's like forever!

Lirix. You're my hero. This may be the most amusing thread ever. I on the other hand am not so polite as you and jump on in wherever I feel needed;) No one has yelled at me yet! Welcome to YT!:)

Random--I have pigeons on my balcony which i chase with a broom because they poop on everything. drives me NUTS! I have yet to find a pigeon proofing method that works. Feathery little devils. I wonder what the neighbors think about me:D

Random thoughts ?? Let me see - I work full time - work from home if I'm lucky ....and am wishing I had more to do on the weekends (order wise) ....got up all week at 3-4 am so I could be caught up and only have ONE order to work on this weekend - here it is SUNDAY and I would have had all day to work - :( So you ask - would I like some Whine with that Cheese ???

New gotta go to work tommorrow.....Does that not suck or what ?

Random thoughts...Well, DH, the furbutt and I just got back from breakfast. DH washed the tank (expedition) and now we are going to pick out new faucet for the sink and hardware for the new cabinets. I will read for a while when we get home. Hope to have the granite counter in early next week and the kitchen completed the week after. YAY, YAY. :cheer: Only a 1 year remodel. I have to work M-W, yuck. I will probably go in on Friday for a while. Year end is coming and I need to get the financials in order and it will be quiet for a change. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Random exciting thought......for the first time in numerous years I won't have to make mashed potatoes and gravy for Thanksgiving dinner. We're going to TX. YIPPEE!!!!!!!

Remodeling? Not very fun for the working people, but very fun for the designer and the result is well worth it.

Wow... never been anyone's hero before. However, I do agree that this thread is very interesting and I don't care if that sounds conceded or not! lol. I dislike pigeons... and most birds in general up close. They are devils... And, if I were you, I wouldn't care what they think. If they think you are crazy and stay away from you, then they are no fun, and if they think you are crazy and knock on your door asking if you want help, then they are amazing! lol. Either way, you don't need to worry about it.

Why did you have to take your son to the hospital? And I hate traffic. I have serious road rage... and I just got my permit about a month ago... or something like that. I haven't kept track.:p

Ok, got this idea from the show "King of the Hill' of all places, lol. Put something sticky where they land. I guess they don't like it and will fly away.

OK. My random thought. I just realized I drank an entire Pepsi while watching a movie with my husband a little while ago. And it's 1230am.....I guess the caffiene got to me. I have to be up at 630am to get three 6 year olds ready for school. :eek: (One is mine, and I babysit my friends' twins in the morning.)
