| I read on Stephenie Meyers website that the book from Edwards point of view is not going to be finished because part of it leaked out. She said that she was so devastated and hurt by this that she couldn't finish the book! She decided to post what she had written of it on her site though. I started it but I haven't finished it yet. Too bad it will never be completed I was literally heartbroken when I found out. It is really neat to read the 1st book through Edward's perspective though. Here is the link: StephenieMeyer.com | Twilight Series | Midnight Sun

| I LOVED IT! I have seen it 3 times now! Edward is amazing! The books are way better but nothing beats the visual of edward cullen (robert pattison)! I am going to buy it!

Some people were not wanting the book from Edwards point of view...but I think it would be neat to read...and it would have probably filled in a lot of questions or blank spaces in the other books. I know, I personally would have loved to hear more about Edward and even the other Cullens before they were vampires and even before they came back to Forks. (their history). I know having something leaked before you are ready is a big upset...but shoot...that has happened with a lot of things...and if you look on YouTube...you can find clips and pieces of trailers for all the other movies...I mean, even see what "nessie" looks like too! So...to me...it is like a teaser...just makes you want to see those movies more when they come out...and it made it want to read the 5th book more too. OH WELL! As they say, all good things come to an end! BTW.....DD is going to see the movie (AGAIN) on this week with a boy (friend) who hasn't seen it!

| She didn't say she wasn't ever going to finish Midnight Sun, she just said she wasn't going to work on it right now and was undecided if she will finish it. |

| She said she has "put it on hold indefinitely". Does that mean that she is never going to finish it? To me that's what it sounds like but I sure hope I am reading that wrong. The draft that she posted is over 200 pages long so at least we have that for now

| My cousin, who is 32 mind you, saw it on opening night at midnight. She said it was ok but really geared towards the teenage girls. |

| I am 33 with a 13 year old daughter who read the first book almost two years ago. She talked me into reading them all this year and I was hooked!! I am actually reading them for a second time. My best friend and I took her to the midnight premier and were disappointed, mostly because some of the parts were cheesy like edwards expression when he first smelled her in class. The movie missed to much of the detail in my opinion so I think if you have not read the book it would be even worse because at least I knew all the detail that was left out. I think Jasper and Alice fit the description of what I had in my head but none of the other characters looked the way I expected or would have choose. On Stephanie Meyers web site you can read the version of Midnight Sun that was "accidentally" released. If you like the other books I would highly recommend it. My personal opinion is that Edwards veiw is WAY WAY better than Bellas perspective. I hope she will reconcider and finish it and the others, New Moon would be a completely different book from his view since he was absent from most of Bellas version.

| Good point, I would LOVE to read New Moon from Edwards perspective. I hated that he was gone for most of the book so it would be really neat to see what he was feeling and doing the whole time he was away.
