|  we have an Oreck that my wife uses in her commercial cleaning business and she says she would never do without it now. She is a small lady and carries it up flights of stairs with ease, it does a great job and the service after the sale is unbelievable.

As for you getting a new one, the guy at the store said Oreck customers are the most loyal customers of all vacuum brands. He said that oftentimes when the warranty or free tune-ups run out, people will trade in their old Oreck for a new one. He said you get money off a brand new vacuum when you "trade-in" your old one...kind of like a car I guess! Thanks again everyone for the input! I'll let you know tomorrow how much I like mine! | |
