| Hi, Marci! When I make them for us, I just put them in the toaster oven wrapped in foil for approximately one hour (depending on size). I like to cook them slow. Then I just peel it and mash it up for Sam... then eat mine

| I cut it in half and put it in a bowl w/ a little water and lid, then put in the microwave for like 7-10 mins. Take out, peel it and mash it. |

You will be able to stick a fork through it but with boiling I'm sure most of the nutrients are cooked out... You could probably bake it also.

| Stab it with a fork and nuke it for 7-10 minutes, or, boil it. I might also roast it in the oven if I have something else in there.

| You can boil them or bake them. For the dog I would probably cut into chunks and boil. |
