| Washington is famous for: 1. Apples 2. Coffee, Starbucks and Tullys are both based in Seattle 3. Technology, we are home not only to Microsoft but we also house some of the nations leading biotech companies, realnetworks, Nintendo USA, etc 4. Music, Seattle brought us grunge, but Jimi Hendrix, Juincy Jones, and Dave Matthews. Seattle is also home to the Experience Music Project and the largest annual music festival in the United States Bumbershoot. 5. The Spaceneedle 6. The famous Pike Place Market, with the amazing flying fish market inside There is more that I cannot think of now, but oh how I love my home state!

Penn State Football- Nittany Lions , State College, Pa { I prefer Notre Dame}... 7.Betsy Ross sewed the FIRST American Flag in Philadelphia, Pa. 8. The Liberty Bell is also in Philadelphia, Pa. 9. | The Kentucky Derby! Mammoth Cave - the worlds longest cave Chevrolet Corvettes are manufactured in Bowling Green, KY First KFC?! The song "Happy Birthday to You" was the creation of two Louisville sisters in 1893. Ok, I honestly don't know what we're famous for, I cheated and looked it up !
