I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Don't have photoshop, I use paint shop pro. I think I read that V uses photoshop. In paint shop pro, you just go to "image" and a menu will open with the option of " Picture Frame". Does it have a help feature, with a search function?

My Little Man! Donating Member | How? I just came across this thread. I have Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and was wondering if there is an easier way to create frames.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Good for you - I've never used the frame feature in Photoshop - but do use PSP once in a while for them - |

My Little Man! Donating Member | I found it. For those who wonder about creating frames in Photoshop 7.0 here it is: 1. open your photo 2. create a new document with a white background. This should be the size you want your picture to be 3. move the picture over 4. Ctrl + T (this is a the transform command) make sure the layer selected is the picture 5. move the sides in until you get the desired boarder size

with PS though - you can bevel your pics to make them stand out on the background (border) they also have drop shadows etc -

YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | There's also another way .... Go over to the "Layers" pallet, and click on the layer of the photograph. This will open up the effects window and there's one called "Stroke" - this is the border. You can change thr color, size, etc. all right here.
