| She should be fired if she forgot to turn on the aircondition. I do not take lunch with dogs in my van! Sounds unprofessional to me!

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I just HATE reading stories like this We just had a mother come home on a SUNDAY AT 5 am - leave her kids asleep in her truck claiming she didn't want to wake them (LAZY and drunk) ...only to wake up (in air conditioning) at 1pm in the AFTERNOON - and her kids are now fighting for their lives. Those poor babies were in 120 degree heat for hours. Same as these poor dogs. It's on my news right now as I type this. They need to change the procedure for the city workers cause this just isn't right. I know she didn't mean it - but man - they must have suffered terribly. |

YT Addict | They should stick her in the back of the truck with no air for an hour and see how she likes it.

| I'm most shocked that it was an animal control officer. They should KNOW better. They're trying to save these dogs from bad conditions, and then to just leave them in a truck???? I can't believe it. If you need to eat so bad, get drive thru That's what I do if I have Layla with me. I don't even leave her in the car to run in and get something! There's no WAY I would leave her for an hour in my car, even with air conditioning.
