I just HATE reading stories like this

We just had a mother come home on a SUNDAY AT 5 am - leave her kids asleep in her truck claiming she didn't want to wake them (LAZY and drunk) ...only to wake up (in air conditioning) at 1pm in the AFTERNOON - and her kids are now fighting for their lives. Those poor babies were in 120 degree heat for hours.

Same as these poor dogs.

It's on my news right now as I type this. They need to change the procedure for the city workers cause this just isn't right. I know she didn't mean it - but man - they must have suffered terribly.
