I'm most shocked that it was an animal control officer. They should KNOW better. They're trying to save these dogs from bad conditions, and then to just leave them in a truck???? I can't believe it. If you need to eat so bad, get drive thru
That's what I do if I have Layla with me. I don't even leave her in the car to run in and get something! There's no WAY I would leave her for an hour in my car, even with air conditioning.
