| Yeah, those were my thoughts too...I figured it couldn't hurt last night. Drank some milk last night and about 4 glasses of water. And sat w/ ice on it because I'd already tried heat. Still doing it today though. It's just bizzarre. And it doesn't hurt, but it's bothersome. Why do wierd things always happen to me!? Why can't I just have a normal ailment like everyone else!? |

| No, but I'm wondering if I should. It doesn't hurt or anything, it's just bothersome. I don't go to the doctor unless I feel like I'm about to die...I'd hate to have to go in for something as oddball as this. I can just picture me sitting there and willing it to move to demonstrate and then it not doing it....he would probably tell me the problem would be fixed with this pretty white jacket, sleeves extra long... |

My mother had this problem and the doctor prescibed quinine. Her problem was more related to night twitching and the quinine helped, I think it's called restless legs. If the cramp is related to just one muscle, I'm told that "pinching" the muscle helps. I do think it's probably due to something missing from the diet.
