| Curious if anyone is still doing p90x, or at least if anyone went all the way through? I am currently in phase 2 of doubles, yes, I'm crazy! But I love it!

| My husband has started it twice. Last year he got about 3 or 4 weeks into it and his knee started acting up really bad (this problem stems from a motorcycle accident about 10 years ago). It got to the point where it would just give out on him while walking. So he stopped. Then he started it up again a couple months ago and after about 3 weeks his shoulder starting hurting so bad that it hurt to breathe. He stopped to let it heal up (and it does feel fine now) but knowing him, he'll not start up again. It really does work though.... I saw a difference in his weight and body after just a couple weeks. It's a super tough program though! I am in awe of women especially who go all the way through. I have a friend who's done the entire program twice and is now on a third time.

| p90x is just ridiculous... i downloaded the dvds onto my ps3, and i bought a workout mat and some resistance bands... i was all gung ho.. and then i tried a video and got about 2 minutes into it and realized i couldnt continue... You need to actually be in shape before you try this video.. its not a regular workout. its like a workout that athletes do to keep in shape. haha the stretching video was tough on me. |

The first time I put the stretch video in, I was like seriously, an hour of stretching I needed it though.
