P90X-the new craze I just started doing this new workout from home called the P90x...its a 90 day program...All you need is resistant excercise bands, yoga block and pullup bar....HOLY COW.....I am on my second day and I am dead.....okay not really but SOAR is not the word and I am taking Glutamine to help not be so soar...I do it all from home...Anyone tried it and lost weight....any hints tips, comments, suggestions.... |
No sounds interesting. How long each day do you work out with it? |
I have the original P90 but not the X version. I have never done it. The X version looks intense. Kudos to you. I'd love to try it, I really don't think I have the ability or room to do it in my apartment though. I also don't have the motivation/discipline to do it. |
sounds exhausting... makes riding my stationary bike a piece of cake.. lol... what made you pick this program? |
I wanted to buy that so bad when I first seen it....let me know if it works!! If it does I might just buy it. Good luck!! |
Hubby does it..it's rough. He has since modified it to his liking. |

He said that it is easier if you start with lean version. recovery drink helps a lot and also good protein source( I mix organic hemp protein powder in his recovery drink) I blend fruit & veggie every morning in addition to the P90X diet suggestion as well and it helped him as well. ( try stick to organic diet) Hope you keep up the good work and post some pics!:) |
