Then he started it up again a couple months ago and after about 3 weeks his shoulder starting hurting so bad that it hurt to breathe. He stopped to let it heal up (and it does feel fine now) but knowing him, he'll not start up again. It really does work though.... I saw a difference in his weight and body after just a couple weeks. It's a super tough program though! I am in awe of women especially who go all the way through. I have a friend who's done the entire program twice and is now on a third time.
Well - I'm on week 7 now. My family has noticed a change in me, I think I am more critical of myself, so I can't see it. I never weigh (unless the doctor makes me), I didn't measure either. I just go by how things fit and how I feel about myself, or how I feel in general. I've never been a scale person. I had shoulder surgery my Soph. Year of high school in May 2000 - I have to be easy with push ups. It gets kind of goosy feeling sometimes so I have to modify. During the end of school (I teach), it was crazy so I lost about 8 days. So I'm a little behind, but making up for lost time with doubles. My goal is to finish and start over again. I've really enjoyed it.
