I LOVE it!! So yummy. It's hard to find a chinese restaurant that serves it--usually "Dim SUm" places.:thumbup: I tried it once in NYC's Chinatown and boy am I hooked! It was so slimy at first but so tasty! Hubby and I are really big on sushi and Japanese food. They have this appetizer called "Baby Taco" which is baby octopus (cooked), served chilled and marinated in the best sauce!:thumbup: Delish! Raw oysters..:thumbup: Pork grinds are pretty yummy too. oh, and I love anything pickled.:thumbup: |
That century egg sounds pretty gross...maybe the "eee-ww-ist". |

Have you ever had pickled eggs? Just curious. They are a biggie in the south. Or...they used to be years ago. I haven't been there in a loooong time. _______________________________________ |

I craved them through three pregnancies to follow and still throw one together every now n' then!! :p White bread... lots of butter.... alternating layers of red radish slices, salt and green olive (with pimento) halves..... nummy nummmm!!!
