BANNED FOR NOT MAILING PRODUCTS PURCHASED | pop corn question... Yeah I know a pop corn question?? LOL Ok, we all love to make pop corn on the stove, but it's so fattening to put butter on it. So my mom tells me to put butter flavored pam (cooking spray)on it after it's done being popped. I tried it and it is really good! But how good is it for us to eat it like that? |

| I don't know if it's any better for you but it's a good idea. I hate how some pop corn kennels get all soggy when you put butter on it. I usually do microwave pop corn.

BANNED FOR NOT MAILING PRODUCTS PURCHASED | I honestly think using the butter flavor spray tastew better then movie popcorn! Plus there is no fat in the spray, I just don't know how good it is to use it like that. |

| I pop on the stove because I still haven't found a microwave popcorn that tasts as good. I don't like butter on popcorn, but I do use either a little plain salt or seasoned salt. I think I did buy some Orville microwave popcorn once that was called "light" and no butter. I belive it was almost as good as the stove type, but I do use Orville. |

| Microwave popcorn is SO BAD for you....an air popper or on the stove is much better.

| I'm not sure that spray pam would be health for eating it. But that I can't believe its butter comes in a pump spray bottle. Maybe you could try that we use that on our steamed veggies and it tastes really good. It comes in your butter isle. Check the ingredients on pam and make sure you see if that would be health for internal use.

| I would go w/ a soy butter. It comes in a spray bottle by the normal butter. Its really good and only has a few calories per spray.

| Microwave pop corn is pretty bad (and I do use it- quite a bit). I read an article about people who work in micro pop corn factories getting "pop corn lung". Breathing in the fake butter fumes was messing them up like coal miners used to get. It advised always opening your pop corn away from your face. I always buy the 100 cal microwave pop corn packs but I really need to break the habit. I like the kettle corn so it's okay in the low cal packs.

| I hate the taste and smell of melting butter so I always ate it dry...I tried popping it in olive oil and I love the taste..Don't even use salt...And the olive oil is good for you...

| What about doing 2 teaspoon of canola or olive oil to cook it? Those are healthy oils. I personally love microwave popcorn... I get the 100 cal Kettle Corn or Butter .
