Microwave pop corn is pretty bad (and I do use it- quite a bit). I read an article about people who work in micro pop corn factories getting "pop corn lung". Breathing in the fake butter fumes was messing them up like coal miners used to get. It advised always opening your pop corn away from your face.
I always buy the 100 cal microwave pop corn packs but I really need to break the habit. I like the kettle corn so it's okay in the low cal packs.
