| I love popcorn and I know about the microwave popcorn issues so I have gotten creative. First - did you know you can pop in a PLAIN brown paper bag? Yep, seriously! Add salt and oil to the bag if you want, fold it up tight, and POP! I finally got one of those stir crazy electric poppers and I LOVE IT. It's a pain to clean but worth it. I either melt butter on it (still better than all those trans fats!) or I make kettle corn!!! Add sugar to the oil and then salt when you are done. It's awesome! I will have to try the olive oil tomorrow... I wonder if you could use butter to pop it instead of oil. This popper doesn't get hot enough to burn the oil so maybe it would work??

| I don't think anything that comes in an aerosol container is good for you. JMO....I will ask my trainer about it tomorrow and see what he says about it. I know he will be totally against it but I will know why tomorrow.
