I'm not sure that spray pam would be health for eating it. But that I can't believe its butter comes in a pump spray bottle. Maybe you could try that we use that on our steamed veggies and it tastes really good. It comes in your butter isle. Check the ingredients on pam and make sure you see if that would be health for internal use.
