I need something for my grout.. when they did my house they used very light grout on my ceramic tile and well with gizmo and his marking it stained the grout... I SCRUB N SCRUB the grout but it still looks darker on some sections that others.. will this steam mop work for this ? IF it does.. shoot.. guess whos going tomorrow to get one..lol..heck I might even go right now...lol. I LOVE new GADGETS..lol

one more question... do you use cleaners with it too like pinesol and such or just water?

Can this mop be used on hardwood floors without damaging the finish? I would hate to have to sand and refinish my floors. I have been using a damp mop with hardwood floor cleaner but I don't feel like the floors are as clean as they should be.

I would love to know the answer to this. I live in a 123 yr old house & have pulled up most of the carpet. But after struggling to keep up with the wood floors, I'm thinking of going back ti mostly carpet

Ok I know I bragged about this just a couple of days ago but I went to
use it on Sat and, guess what? No steam. Water just leaked out the bottom
and then nothing! I really loved it when it worked but returned it and did
not buy another! I was so depressed. Back on my knees I guess.

OH NO!!! That is not good! So upsetting!!! I don't want to hand scrub and dry my floors!!!!

Anyone else having problems??

I'm so glad you saw this. My sister has the Bissell floor scubber but
it's to big for me. Only so much closet space in a condo.
I was so upset about this. It was perfect for me!

We got one last night, I did a small area so far, but can't report back yet on how it works

The pad was VERY dirty though, so it scares me that my floors had that much unseen dirt, yikes.. and it was a small area!

I need one of those!! Mother's Day is in a couple of months....hmmmm....I think I will ask for a mop!!!

Not yet....I am still researching...there are so many to choose from....but I want one...I think I will go ahead w/ the Shark and try it...if it doesn't work, it can always be returned...so I will let you know later this week!
