| Wow, I'm surprised. I've never had a problem with NM. Can you take them into one of their stores and return them? Or exchange them?

I know they are, I wish I could keep them. NM is nutty with their shipping, Once my mom got a wood chest filled with silverware from them that someone else order. She called them back and told what happened. They told her to keep them freee of charge. To make sure it wasn't just the sales rep being lazy, she called again and got someone else who also told her to keep them. I always wondered if the person who bought them was sent another one or if they just got credit? | |

| Wow! I love those shoes! I just bought a pair much like them, but they are patent leather, that color and that style and Im sure they were MUCH cheaper haha Unless macys sales rack carries Manolos for $16!!! LOL Good Luck selling them! Im sorry they dont fit, that stinks!

| It does suck, but most designers are like that. I have LV bags, and you always get on the bottom of recipt 14 days to return purchase. I also know Chanel and Fendi are like that. |

| If you go to their website it says 60 days, with the exception of final sale items which says 30 days...I would print it and take it into an actual store.

| Well I would say it is a false advertising problem print this out and take it in... or ask to speak to a supervisor... make sure you get the name and extension # of the manager you speak with. |
