NM is nutty with their shipping, Once my mom got a wood chest filled with silverware from them that someone else order. She called them back and told what happened. They told her to keep them freee of charge.
To make sure it wasn't just the sales rep being lazy, she called again and got someone else who also told her to keep them. I always wondered if the person who bought them was sent another one or if they just got credit?
